What products are covered under warranty?

All Syn Lawn equipment, including mowers, compact tractors, excavators, and utility vehicles, come with a limited manufacturer warranty. Specific coverage depends on the model and engine.

How long is the warranty period?

Most products include a 1–3 year limited warranty, depending on the equipment category. Engine warranties may vary by manufacturer (e.g., Kohler®, Kawasaki®, Honda®).

What does the warranty cover?

Coverage includes manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. It does not cover misuse, accidental damage, or normal wear and tear (e.g., belts, filters, blades).

How do I submit a warranty claim?
