 When will my order ship? 

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Standard shipping takes 7–21 days, or 5–11 days with our fast delivery option.

 How do I track my order? 

Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can also visit the Track Order page to follow delivery status through Seafit.

 What’s covered under the Syn Lawn warranty? 

Our standard warranty covers manufacturing defects for up to 3 years depending on the product. Learn more on our Warranty FAQs page.

 Can I return or exchange a product?
